Ongoing visibility
Be found by the right people, every month
Local SEO isn't a one-off task. It's consistent, unglamorous work that builds up over time, and that's exactly the kind of work Seedwell Co. does.

The problem
Competitors are ranking above you and you don't know why
A lot of small businesses have a website and a Google Business Profile, but they're still not appearing where they should. The problem is rarely one big thing. It's the accumulation of small gaps: an incomplete profile, inconsistent citations, pages that don't signal location clearly.
Local SEO is the ongoing work of closing those gaps, month by month. It's not exciting, but it compounds, and a business that consistently shows up in local search doesn't need to spend as much on ads.
What we manage
The foundations that drive local discovery
Google Business Profile
Regular updates, posts, Q&A responses, and review management to keep your profile active and trustworthy in local search.
Local citation building
Consistent NAP (name, address, phone) listings across directories and maps that reinforce your location authority to Google.
Location-relevant content
Suburb-targeted pages and posts that give Google clear signals about who you serve, where, and for what services.
Monthly rhythm
What happens each month
Local SEO is a slow-build discipline. We measure success by whether your business becomes easier to find over time, not by vanity metrics or sudden spikes.
Weeks 1–2: content + GBP
New content published to your website. GBP post written and scheduled. Any reviews responded to.
Weeks 2–3: citations + authority
Citation cleanup and building. Local link building where relevant. Directory updates.
Week 4: report + next month planning
A plain-English monthly report showing ranking movement, visibility changes, and what's coming next.
Right for you?
Who local SEO is for
Location-based businesses
Cafés, salons, tradies, clinics, studios, businesses that need local customers, not global traffic.
Businesses wanting less reliance on ads
If you're spending on Google Ads or paid directories and want to build something that doesn't stop working the moment you stop paying.
Owners who want it handled
You know it matters, you don't want to learn it yourself. You want someone reliable to take it off your plate and show you the results each month.

Honesty
We won't promise you a number one ranking
Nobody can promise that honestly. What we can do is build the foundations that give your business the best chance of being found, and show you exactly how it's progressing, every month.
Questions
Common questions
How long until I see results?
Honest answer: the first 2–3 months are foundation work. Ranking changes typically start to appear in months 3–5, with more meaningful momentum by month 6. Local SEO is a compound investment, the longer you maintain it, the harder it becomes to displace you.
What's included in the monthly reports?
Each month you'll receive a plain-English summary covering: keyword ranking movement, GBP performance (views, clicks, calls), work completed that month, and what's planned for the next. No dashboards you'll never log into, just a clear update you can read in five minutes.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
Our plans run on a 12-month term, which gives us enough runway to actually build momentum rather than stopping just as things start moving. After 12 months it rolls to 30-day notice. We're upfront about this because short-term SEO commitments rarely produce meaningful results for either party.
Do you work with businesses outside Sydney?
Yes, though our deepest local knowledge is Sydney's North Shore. If you're in another Australian city or region, we can still apply the same methodology effectively, just get in touch and we'll have a conversation about whether it's a good fit.
